I am a guy that is to skinny between the hips to sholders. I want to know how you bulk up between there pls.?

I look like a girl when i am not wearing a big jacket top etc. I need to bulk up between there so i dnt look like a girl PLZ HELP.

first you will need to gain weight so you can turn into muscle
