Getting another ear piercing?

i%26#039;m 13 in 2-3 weeks and i got my ears pierced when i was 9 years old. i am getting one of my earlobes pierced again this week so i have two ear piercings on one ear. do you think it would hurt and would it hurt any more than getting the usual spot of your lobe pierced? i don%26#039;t really remember how painful it was getting my ears pierced so i%26#039;m not really sure.

i got mine done at 16 and then my doubles at 17 and i didnt even feel the doubles, and i was taking them out within weeks. they dont hurt at all.

Reply:Doesnt hurt but dont do it... stay with the reg.. double peircing was out of style like 8 years ago .. unless you wanna be some gay emo kid.
Reply:I have two piercings, both in the lobe area. I got the first one done (in the normal place) when I was a baby, so I don%26#039;t know how much it hurt. The second, slightly above the first, didn%26#039;t really hurt at all. I really didn%26#039;t feel it. It probably helped that I had my friends around distracting me.
Reply:Nah, it doesnt hurt that much. It is a bit of a shock thats about all. It might be a little sensitive to sleep on though, but this will fade after a few days- maybe -5 to 7.
Reply:i have tons of piercings. ive gotten my ear lobes pierced 4 times and my cartilage pierced twice. and many body piercings such as the bellybutton, nose, wrist, and nape. and i think that the earlobe hurts the least if not at all. so dont be scared. itll just be a small ant bite.
Reply:idk y u would want only one side pierced unless u mean cartilage. getting it doubled pierced hurt way less than single pierced for me. but cartilage hurts the worst. its very painful. just make sre to take care of them so they dont blend into 1 hole. thats what happened to a friend of mine. but if u turn them and apply solution u should be fine.
Reply:it don%26#039;t hurt just like a 2 sec pinch i say if you want it do it and if at the sec the lady sticks it on your ear then just close your eyes it will be OK...
Reply:I never understood it. Why put holes and marks on your body that %26#039;God%26#039; didn%26#039;t provide for you? What ever You believe in, no matter what religeon, why do that to yourself? You can cause yourself cancer from the ink, not to even talk about the pain of the needle sticking into you. I just don%26#039;t get it. Ron

it hurts about the same which is like nothing,


it doesn%26#039;t get more infected than the lower one,


so go for it,


its really fine :)





dont get the upper cartlidge though.


that just gets infected over and over again and it never heals.

it doesn%26#039;t hurt, it depends if they use a needle or a gun,


all you%26#039;ll feel is a pinch, depending on your level tolerance





i got my 2nd holes pierced when i was in 7th grade, %26amp; i did my own 3rd holes in 8th grade, which is soo dumb! but it turned out fine, but don%26#039;t think about doing it, but it%26#039;s painless!





i got my my inner conch pierced 2 weeks ago, %26amp; i have my tragus pierced. if those didn%26#039;t hurt, then your ear lobes definantly shouldn%26#039;t hurt that much!
Reply:i think it would hurt more and you%26#039;re older so you can actually feel the pain more and if i were you, don%26#039;t do it, if you have so many piercing you can hardly find a job in the future even if you are educated, and as a teenager, the people around you will think negatively about you because of the extra piercing.

Reply:%26quot;hurt%26quot; is a relative term. we could both feel the same thing, but process it different. i have 5 piercings in my ear.. none hurt.. but some say it does.


if your first one did not bother you, then your second one will not.. since it feels the exact same..





oh, also if it is done with a gun, then it is extremeley easy, and definetly not painful..
Reply:I have mine done 3 times on each ear - it wa no more painful for me, but the further you go up the ear to the gristle...then it will get painful..

i don%26#039;t even think ear piercings are painful, but then again i didnt think any of my other piercings were painful either.


get them to put numbing cream on it before they pierce it if you%26#039;re that worried about it.
Reply:It%26#039;s the same pain, and so are the thirds and the fourths. It hurts a bit more when you pierce cartilage, but the rest of the ear is the same pain. The tragus is the most painful part of the ear to poke a hole through. Don%26#039;t get just one side pierced on a second, that just looks silly.
