Either
**No Lies, Just Love**
Or
**Courage, Strength**
If You Choose Wrists, Vote Which One :)
My Rib Cage Will Have An Abandoned Pirate Ship....
haha HELLPPP!! =p

Should My First Tattoo Be The One I Wanted Across My Wrists, or The One Down My Rib Cage??
rib cage.
Should My First Tattoo Be The One I Wanted Across My Wrists, or The One Down My Rib Cage??
I like the no lies just love..
Reply:I%26#039;d go for the wrists first simply because the ribs are supposed to hurt more (closer to the bone). You might want to get the smaller tats first on the wrist so you%26#039;re a bit better prepared for the rib tattoo. However, do what sounds best for you, and good luck!
Oh, and either saying would be good, choose your favorite :)
Reply:none dont do it its a waste of time its not that cool imagine what it will look like when your 70
Reply:wrists foreal
my bro has like over 72 tatts
ribcage is PAINFUL
go wrists first THEN ribcage
and No lies No love
Reply:Get a M on each but cheek and then when you spread your cheeks it wil say M*M
Reply:Wrists %26quot;no lies, just love%26quot; would be cooler
But ribs are more practical
You want to be able to hide it for if you should ever try to get an awesome job some places require they be covered, and life is better w/o wearing long sleeves everyday =)
Reply:no lies just love is my fav
Reply:I would suggest getting the wrist one first so you can have an idea of what a tattoo feels like. You might not be able to handle the pain on your rib cage just yet.
Reply:You should get %26quot;RANDOM%26quot; tattooed across your forehead as if people couldn%26#039;t already tell!
XD
Reply:get your wrist done first as the ribs are one of the most painful places to get it done, also the crack between your butt and thigh also hurts so avoid those places until your ready to deal with the pain. i%26#039;ve got over twenty and i%26#039;m just now thinking about getting my ribs done, as it will take hours of pain, but its totally up to you all i can do is give some advice, it just depends how much pain your willing to put up with.
Reply:courage strenght on wrsits !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
im getting strenght on one of my wrists!
as they say, wrist tattoos are meant for inspiration, these are 2 powerful words you%26#039;ll need everyday, anytime you need strenght or courage, look down at them :)
btw rip tattoo is the most painful expierience you%26#039;ll ever feel !

H2Ocean-- does it really work?
So H2Ocean is everywhere nowadays, and I%26#039;ve heard good about it (it%26#039;s a miracle! it works great!) and bad about it (glorified bottled water!) and really don%26#039;t know if I should use it on my next piercings or just stick to my regular sea salt soaks. I%26#039;d love to hear from some piercers on the subject, and hear any experiences anyone might have. Thanks!
H2Ocean-- does it really work?
Yeah I got my cartilage pierced and I%26#039;ve been using it for 3 months and it works really good and it keeps my piercings really clean.
H2Ocean-- does it really work?
Yes it does, its a sterlized aersol sea salt spray that has 60+ enzymes that help with healing. I used it on all of my piercings and have gotten great results and zero infections while using it. Regular sea salt soaks works great as well, H2Ocean usually is easier since its already premixed.
Reply:Well to be honest, I had recently had my eyebrow pierced on June 2, 2oo8. I bought the H2Ocean online. I was using sea salt to clean it. When I got it and tried the H2Ocean it works great. It doesn%26#039;t irritate my piercing. It looks great actually and easy to use. All you have to do is spray where it was pierced and it will do the rest. I do it and spray it every 1 hour but it is mostly every 3 hours. Haha.
Reply:It does work if you%26#039;re too busy to do an actual sea salt soak. They%26#039;re basically the same thing But the sea salt soaks have something that H2Ocean doesn%26#039;t -- warm water. The warm water helps soothes the piercing more than the cold spray of the H2Ocean.
I%26#039;d say to stick with the sea salt soaks if you have the time to do so -- they%26#039;re cheaper, and better for a new or angry piercing.

What does sunscreen do exactly???
Do you still tan when using sunscreen and what the SPF number mean?
Also why do you tan during the summer and after the winter you are so pale?
What does sunscreen do exactly???
Sunscreen forms a barrier between your skin and the UV rays of the sun, the higher the SPF the more protection the sunscreen offers. You can still tan if you use a SPF15 but if you use for example an SPF40 you will have total protection. Many facial moisturisers now have SPF15 as standard, this offers a light daily protection for your skin.
EDIT Being exposed to UV rays in Summer increases the melanin in your skin and brings it to the surface causing a light pigmentation or %26quot;tan%26quot;. If the sun exposure is decreased the tan fades and your skin returns to it%26#039;s natural level of pigmentation. Obviously in Winter there is less sun so that%26#039;s why we%26#039;re paler in Winter.
What does sunscreen do exactly???
Sunscreen is designed to stop your skin from absorbing ultraviolet rays (UV). There are two types of ultraviolet rays. These are ultraviolet A %26amp; B. Most sunscreen protects you from ultraviolet A unless it says otherwise.
On the bottle of sunscreen you will notice an SPF number. This stands for sun protection factor. The higher the number the more protection you have from the sun. If you are going to be out in the sun the recommended MINIMUM is 30.
The lighter your skin is the higher you should need.
Reply:it blocks the sun%26#039;s UVA and UVB rays which are skin damaging---dont know exactly what spf means but it indicates the strenght of the protection from the suns rays---the higher the number the more protection you have and you can still get a tan---in summer u get more sun rays and also you are outdoors more.

Make at home exfoliating scrub?
i like to use a normal liquid face cleanser and put about a teaspoon of sugar in it. i also like crushed walnuts. or honey. all make your face extra smooth and healthy!
Reply:Mix honey, lemon juice and sugar together then rub the mixture on your face gently in a circular motion.
Mix some salt and olive oil and massage with that.
Reply:Just use salt.It is a great exfoliater.

Nipple piercing! How much does it hurt? In comparison to..?
Please only help if you have had them done!
I have my ears pierced 4 times in the lobe, the cartilage, %26amp; my tragus.
I also have my bellybutton and tongue pierced.
I have a tattoo on my hipbone as well.
Which leads me to my question, could I handle a nipple piercing?
I%26#039;ve always thought my nipples were really sensitive and always ignored the possibility of getting my nipples done.. but now I am re-thinking.
Any experiences anyone could share? Thanks!
Nipple piercing! How much does it hurt? In comparison to..?
why would u want taht
when you wear a tanktop ...
not attractive

my goodness
ITS FREAKSHOW....
dont do it
Reply:Oh please don%26#039;t get a nipple pearcing! Sorry but they are not attractive + my brothers ex girlfriend had one and both she and he hated it, and she told me they hurt!
xxx
Of course it%26#039;s your choice in the end!
Reply:i honestly never had them done but my friend who%26#039;s gay had them done and he said it hurt like a burning ***** in hell, and he passed out on the second one.
i say go for it I know you could handle it, because like all piercings them pain lasts no more then 6 sec. just make sure you eat no longer then an hour before you get them done so that you dont pass out too
goodluck
Reply:I%26#039;m pretty sure you%26#039;ll be able to handle it - the pain isn%26#039;t too bad - although it was worse than the piercings you have.
I%26#039;ve had my nipples done twice each, although the second (vertical) ones are now retired because the piercer sucked and got them crooked. In my experience, the second was worse than the first but it wasn%26#039;t too horrible.
Expect them to be sore for a few weeks after - especially when you%26#039;re expecting to be on your period - I found that always wearing a bra helped a lot. I%26#039;m very small chested, but if I didn%26#039;t sleep with a bra on I woke up with sore nipples.
Nipple piercings take about a year to heal - give or take a month or so. Mine don%26#039;t help or hurt the sensitivity at all.
Be sure to eat a good meal before getting pierced, and get a full nights sleep or you may pass out.. but that%26#039;s a given for any piercing.
Reply:Here is my advice to you, go out and get a set of nipple clamps from an adult store and put them on the tightest setting and clamp them to your nipples and keep them there for an hour. It hurts really bad. I%26#039;m far from trashing them because at one point I had mine done. My pain from what I understand was tripled due to the fact when I had them done I was pregnant (at the time I didn%26#039;t know). If you think that you can handle it, by all means go ahead I think that they are very sexy and there are many out there that think the same.
Reply:in all honesty, out of all the piercings i%26#039;ve had done, the nips were by far the most painful. mind you i%26#039;ve got a VERY high pain threshold.
i ended up taking ibuprofen after i got them done, because i was uncomfortable. it was just for 2 days though.
i say do it. don%26#039;t go anywhere cheap either. and nipple clamps in no way give you any indication of what a piercing will feel like. unless you just like your nipples squeezed, then by all means get the clamps
i say get %26#039;em pierced.
Reply:I have had my nipples pierced twice and in my opinion the nipple piercing doesn%26#039;t hurt to much worse than any other piercing does. In my experience, the worse part was the actual piercing after wards was not bad at all. I didn%26#039;t swell or anything. The after wards really wasn%26#039;t bad. They were a little tender but that was it. Just make sure that as with any piercing you was your hands before handling it at all. And follow your aftercare instructions closely. I hope this helps. Good Luck !
Reply:i got my nipples pierced a few months ago and i was scared shitless. but i went to a piercing place that had alot of experience. the piercer told me to take my top off, he cleaned and clamped my nipple, and just pierced them. it didnt hurt at all. i sware to god it was the least painful piercing i have had in my life. i have 20 piercings including industrial, inverse navel, nose, conch, tragus, rook and microdermals. i have also had 3 hours of tattoo work done. get it done you wont regret it!!!! i love mine!!! its kinda cool because after you have it done, you can detect the sligthest temperature change. just go to a good piercing shop and make sure everything is sterile.
Reply:it will sting and throb for a few hours, nothing major. go for it.
Reply:I have my navel, four piercings in each ear, my nose, my tragus and I did have one of my nipples pierced. It was the most painful of all. That%26#039;s why I never got the second one done. i%26#039;ve been wanting to be a tattooist for a while, bought my own kit and have been practicing but i can%26#039;t get anyone to take me on and learn me, i dont know if it cos i%26#039;m a woman and its mostly a male industry so they%26#039;ll think i%26#039;m wasting my/their time, but its something that i%26#039;%26#039;d like to make a career out of, and no ones giving me a chance, so does anyone know anyone thats taking on?

If you have done tats on people be sure to take a picture that way when you walk in looking for a tattooing job you have something to show that you can do the work and are good at it. And don%26#039;t ever forget your sketch book. Keep bugging them until somebody talks to you and make sure that you aren%26#039;t dragging loads of drama behind you. More and more women are getting into the business.

If you%26#039;re good at it, why not take some photographs of your work, start amongst friends and if you really are good enough, why not start from your own home %26quot;From little acorns grow...%26quot;
Reply:are you from Tamworth?
Reply:If you are in the US you can start by contacting your state liscensing board-- its a little different in each state, but they would be able to tell you who is liscensed to train. You can also try emailing the APT (alliance of professional tatooist) site. They would be able to get you in contact with someone in your area.
First of all, but that machine down until you get in an apprenticeship!! Nothing makes tattoo artists madder than people tattooing without training-and there are too many health/saftey concerns to do it out of your house! It is usually several months into an apprenticeship before they let you pick up a machine. Get a portfolio of your Art together. You want to show a wide range of styles and work. Start saving your money, an apprenceships costs! Vist shops, get known by the artists. Go to conventions. The more you show you are serious, the more serious they will take you. You have to find the right fit.

Reply:you%26#039;ll need to increase your protein and/or caloric intake while doing upper-body exercises. Also, you should be doing deep-breathing exercises to increase your lung capacity and your chest-cavity size. Consider playing a brass, wind-instrument like a saxophone, a trumpet, or even a tuba to gain more control of your exhaling and to tone your diaphragm. Sing power ballads or opera-type songs as a compliment to the diaphragm exercises.

My parents won%26#039;t let me shave! Even my mom doesn%26#039;t touch a razor. I have been doing it some behind their backs, but really it is just hygiene. I don%26#039;t understand why not to?

Tattoo ideas that symbolize freedom/independence?
I am wanting to get a tattoo (on my inner wrist/both wrists) that symbolizes freedom/independence. I%26#039;m looking for either a single word, a phrase or an image.
Please don%26#039;t suggest anything American, any Japanese/Chinese symbols or butterflies.
Tattoo ideas that symbolize freedom/independence?
How about crossed weapons like swords or rifles. Or maybe some kind of snake or dragon wrapped around a flag. Or an eagle on a Harley.

Well this might be just a bit corny, but a sparrow is a representation of freedom and independence. I wish that I could help you more.

Do tattoo's that are written words instead of pictures actually have more of a chance of smudging over time?
So today, after months of thinking of ideas, I finally came up with the perfect quote for my tattoo that I want on the back of my neck! When I told some of my friends that I was getting a quote they told me that over the years the ink would smudge and eventually you wouldn%26#039;t even be able to read it, but I don%26#039;t really understand how a quote would work any different than a picture. I already have a tattoo, and liked the job the tattooist did so I would be going back to him so I know the quality is good, but is it true that quotes smudge over time? or is it just because people usually gain weight and it effects the tattoo or what?
Do tattoo%26#039;s that are written words instead of pictures actually have more of a chance of smudging over time?
i think it depends on the words and the size. if the words are too small, they will smudge easily and quickly. also, because the back of your neck is an area that moves and changes a lot (you turn your head and stuff A LOT during a normal day), it will most likely change over time. if the words are bigger or the letters are not put very closely together, they might have a smaller chance of smudging. but you might want to ask your tattooist for his opinion. i%26#039;d say if you want cursive letters or something, put it on your foot :) i have one and it is beautiful!
Do tattoo%26#039;s that are written words instead of pictures actually have more of a chance of smudging over time?
It does work differently. Depending on how long the quote is, it may not even fit on the back of your neck. And yes, it is one thing to get a name or something like that, but a lot of writing will %26quot;smudge%26quot; and possibly run together. Weight gain will definitely have a bad effect on the lettering. Especially if the lettering is very small. I hope this helps. Good Luck !
Reply:i think it depends from the tattoo machine. if its getting smudging, perhaps the ink isnt fully into your skin. thats what happened to me.
well.. i hope it can help you.
Reply:make sure the letters are a good size then it will be ok, i%26#039;ve had writing on my neck or a while now and its still the same as when i got it done so moving the neck etc does not affect it, its only if the lettering is small that it will smudge together over time.

Which one do you think i should get? which tattoo?
Im thinking of getting a polynesian turtle or a lizard on my ribcage. which one do you think i should get and why.
Which one do you think i should get? which tattoo?
the lizard is hot.
Which one do you think i should get? which tattoo?
i like the lizard, it sounds original. but beware, rib cage tattoos hurt like a *****.
Reply:if you r not sure what you want ...why are you even getting inked?
Your tattoo should mean something more than just a cool picture to you. Do either of these have meaning for you?
Reply:I would say the lizard. But ultimately the final decision should be yours. You are the one who has to wear it for the rest of your life. Also the rib cage area is pretty painful to be tattooed on. Make sure to hold very still so you have nice line work. I hope this helps. Good Luck !
Reply:really tattoos do not hurt as much as everyone says. i have a ribcage tattoo and it was fine.
dont build yourself up to expect extreme pain
and the tattoo should be what you want, not what users on yahoo answers think they like the best.

I have really big pores on my legs that make it look like chicken legs what can i use to make my skin smoother
ask a doctor
I have really big pores on my legs that make it look like chicken legs what can i use to make my skin smoother
Are they really that big? Sometimes a mix of dark hair and thin, fair skin may make the pores appear larger than they really are.
If that is the case, waxing or electolysis make help, exfoliation would be another option. Conair had a a product they marketed as a hair remover - it was sort of like sand papering your legs, but I it was discontinued. Good luck.

Exfoliate.
or if it%26#039;s just hair left from shaving, try a hair removing cream or waxing.

Can I go to the tanning bed when I am peeling?
Ok, so I switched from one tanning location to another and did not predict the difference in the stregnth of the beds. I got my self burned but now it has been over a week and the burn is 100% gone but my skin has just started peeling. My thought is that it is dead skin cast off by my bodies response to damaged potentially cancerous skin so it wouldn%26#039;t make any difference if I continued my bronzing process. Please give me your expertience, I know there are a lot of hard core tan bed fans out there. I am an amateur who is trying to build a base tan so I don%26#039;t look ridiculus on my trip to Mexico this summer. Thanks so much!
Can I go to the tanning bed when I am peeling?
Just give your skin a break for a few more days... just enough time to recuperate.
Can I go to the tanning bed when I am peeling?
No I think that would make it worse.Wait till you are done peeling
Reply:DEF DO NOT GO TO TANING BED WHILE PEELING... because the outer most protective layer of ur skin will be partially peeled off, there is more chance of serious burns/skin cancer.
sorry haha\
dw just go back when uve stoped peeling completely andur skin is healed again :)
hope this helped have fun in mexico :)
Reply:doesn%26#039;t seem like a great idea
Reply:You have to exfoliate the dead skin cells or you%26#039;ll get an uneven tan. BTW, you should really try the mystic tan or have someone spray tan you. It%26#039;s more even (there won%26#039;t be creases like you get in the beds), it%26#039;s faster (the mystic tan takes less than a minute, and it%26#039;s 100x safer.

Reply:Your skin is flaking because of the tanning beds. Knowing that, you should stay away from them while your skin heals.
The radiation that your body is getting is harmful, so don%26#039;t try to tan like a maniac to get a bronze glow. If you want that nice glow, use healthy skincare products and bronze lotion. It works well and it is fast and easy. Only problem is that it has to be reapplied every so often.
Have fun in Mexico!

Reply:No you should wait until all signs of the burn are gone including the peeling. Remember tanning is not a race. Building a good tan is a process that the best slow. Happy Tanning ;-0

Allergic skin to all skincare brands... HELP!!!!!!!!?
Hello, im desperately in need of a good skincare brand that%26#039;s fragrance free, alcohol free, etc !
I%26#039;ve pretty much tried all skincare brands, from clinique, dior, estee lauder, neutrogena, body shop to johnson and johnson baby brands, im allergic to ALL OF THEM !!! First my skin starts to show sign of redness, then the skin starts to become very very dry, then it%26#039;ll start to peel. I can%26#039;t even use sun-block on face!
Anyone knows a good brand that%26#039;ll help me solve my EXTREMELY SENSITIVE SKIN ISSUE???
Allergic skin to all skincare brands... HELP!!!!!!!!?
Go to sephora or ulta, and look in the very back.
But if not there, maybe you shouldn%26#039;t use skincare? I mean, it has a lot of chemicals in it that are potentially harmful or don%26#039;t even do anything! Most of it is crap too.

Use Vaseline-based products. Petroleum jelly is a fragrance-free lubricant, great for glossy and soft skin.

Reply:Hi. Ive been using pierre chenxu, herbal products for the past 7yrs. Your skin is very sensitive based on your info given. Go to www.pierrechenxu.com. There are Q %26amp; A for your reference. You are lucky. They jus opened a salon in the east area. Visit them, let them advise you. May buy a set of sample, last you for 1 wk+. I guess that you worried to committ in buying actual size products, and wonder it really works. User for SK*, face sorts of problems on face. Pierre Chenxu works well for them. Email me if you need assistant.
Reply:i would definately see a dermatologist maybe once a year. they make their own skin care treatments like acne washes, creams, sunscreen, even makeup, etc. just for people with highly sensitive skin. my dermatologist just recently gave me a new acne wash and it works great, since it was prescribed right to me. ask your doctor for some reliable names.
also, try physician%26#039;s formula makeup. it is made by doctors, so it might give you some luck.
Reply:drugstore brand: cetaphil.. (every dermatalogist recommends that.. its very gentle, fragrance free, etc.. even recommended for rocesea/sensitive skin) the best!!
department store brand: rare mineral (by:bare minerals) its all natural, feels awesome.. but pricey.

Psoriasis and tattoos?
My mothers side of my family has a history of Psoriasis, with both my mother, grandfather and great grandfather having breakouts on their legs. I have not had any problems with Psoriasis at all, i%26#039;m currently 21 years old. I really want to get a small tattoo, somewhere on my back but am unsure if I will break out with Psoriasis.
Psoriasis and tattoos?
If you don%26#039;t already have Psoriasis I really don%26#039;t belive that it would cause you to get it or break out with it. But if you are really concerned about it I would recommend that speak with your doctor about it. I hope this helps. Good Luck !
Psoriasis and tattoos?
i have psoriasis and so does my whole family. there are different types of psoriasis and my family has scalp and upper body. if your family has only had psoriasis on their legs then you will probably not have a problem with it, especially if you are 21 and havent had an episode. i have a huge tattoo on my upper back, very close to where my psoriasis is. i have yet to have a problem. i wouldn%26#039;t let it scare you from getting a tattoo. hope that helped
Reply:Great question. Very shortly after my husband got his first tattoo at the age of 28, he broke out in psoriasis all over his body. It%26#039;s been about 5 or 6 years, and he%26#039;s still got it everywhere. He never had any skin conditions whatsoever before the tattoo. He and his doctor both believe the tattooing process caused the psoriasis. I have 4 tattoos and have never had any problems, but some people react differently. After seeing the pain and discomfort that my husband has had to endure on a daily basis for years and years, with no cure in site, I would definitely strongly dissuade you if you already have a family history.

Vitamin pill to make freckles go away...?
Now, don%26#039;t get me wrong--I like my freckles.
But I remember reading this article somewhere on the internet about some sort of vitamin supplement that allegedly removes freckles, red marks, etc. and also makes your skin snow-white.
Does such a thing actually exist?
Have you ever heard of this before?
Vitamin pill to make freckles go away...?
it wont work``use cover up instead
Vitamin pill to make freckles go away...?
I doubt it,but it can happen? But I havent heard of it.
Reply:no, its just a ploy to get your money
Reply:maybe and no
Reply:oxycontin will do the trick
Reply:did you know if you connect the freckles it will make a pretty picture
Reply:That sounds ridiculous because u can never make freckles go away because every one is unique
Reply:It%26#039;s impossible, there%26#039;s no vitamin pill or indeed any pill which can remove spots of darker pigmentation in the skin - it is rhubarb my love!.
Reply:I have never heard of that, but it has to be fake!
The only thing I know that makes freckles go away is vanishing cream (basically skin bleach). I used it when I was a teenager because I used to hate my freckles. It just made me look really weird and pale.
Make sure you wear sunblock though, because freckles mean your skin is more prone to sun damage.
Reply:noo or any black person that took it would go white like that, as its melanomin that causes both these things.
the best you can do is tan lightly around them, or use false tan.
Reply:You might consider natural skin lightening.

Laser Hair removal ...?
Hey, I want to get a laser hair removal.
How long does the treatment take?
How much does it cost?
Can you get your whole body done?
Do you know where in LA I can get it done?
Thank you so much in advance!
Laser Hair removal ...?
To be honest, Mine works. I had 6 treatments already. I basically don%26#039;t have any more hair in my upper and lower lip besides small soft ones. I can just pull it out and it does not hurt.
I pay $90 every treatment.
Laser Hair removal ...?
well it is expensive cause you dont get treated one time there are several sessions depending on where you are treating it. but it works. if you got thte time and the cash.

Piercings without parental consent in indiana?
i really want to get my tongue or belly button pierced...
except my parents are psycho
i have more than enough to get it done, i just need somewhere or someone in northwest indiana that will do it (of course without parental consent) or someone that has done it before to tell me how to do it.

Piercings without parental consent in indiana?
Most studios or tattoo parlors that agree to pierce you underage are seedy, dirty, and not to be trusted. You should not do it yourself, especially tongue piercing. You could seriously damage or even kill yourself.
I would suggest waiting two years, until you%26#039;re legal. You need parental consent for a reason... also, you might change your mind by the time you are legally able to, and be thankful for the time you get to make your decision!
It doesn%26#039;t matter if you don%26#039;t get along with your parents. I mean, that really sucks and I%26#039;m sorry for you, but getting something on your body pierced (especially tongue or belly button) needs to be done at a respected studio, and good studios will never do underage piercings. It is not worth the possible complications, and you are so young. Just trust me, give yourself the two years until you are legally able to do it, and you will thank yourself for waiting.
AND you won%26#039;t have to sneak your piercing around your parents! If you got it done now, they would surely find out. If you already have a bad relationship with them, you sneaking behind their back with a piercing wouldn%26#039;t make it any better.
Just wait until you%26#039;re 18, it is honestly your best option even if you don%26#039;t see it that way right now.
Piercings without parental consent in indiana?
Do it for you and it%26#039;s your body. It%26#039;s not your psycho parents. I mean yeah u live in there roof and u have to follow them. Eventually you will grow up and u won%26#039;t have to deal with them anymore. right?
Reply:piercings arent a big deal. its just a fad that will come and go. this is coming from a girl that has her bellybutton, wrist, nose, and nape pierced. just wait until youre 18. its seriously just a hole in our body. and dont do it yourself!!!! please please dont. and if you do find someone who will do it without parental consent... theyre probably really shady. you dont want people who arent accredited to be sticking needles in your body. i say its better to be safe than sorry. and just wait until your 18 to get it done safely. is it really that important that youd risk the health of your skin?
Reply:Respect your parents.
you have your whole life ahead of you to do things like that.
whats more important..
having a metal bar through your body.
or the respect and love from your family
Reply:I strongly agree with Rach. She have given you some very good advise. I am pretty sure also that the law wouldn%26#039;t allow a minor to be pierced without parental consent. I also am very sorry that your home situation isn%26#039;t good. I really hope it gets better for you, but if it doesn%26#039;t hang in there. You only have 2 years to go before you are 18. Please follow Rach%26#039;s advise, it is very good advise for you. I hope this helps you. Good Luck !
Reply:wait until youre 18. if youre 16, you need it notarized and a parent or legal guardian with you. 4 weeks ago i got my belly button pierced. and any place that will do it without notarization or consent, is dirty and doesnt vlean their toold, dont use single use needles or use guns (which you cant clean). and do you really want a needle in you that was in other people? sorry but thats sick. and you cant do it yourself. the ring is curved (for belly button) and it may migrate so they pierce it in a way so when it does and heals properly its straight. as for your tongue, its the most painful. and i heard a girl say that it was more painful than childbirth without drugs. youre way better off on waiting a few years and keep it clean and safe, because if you ever have to close it, it will be more painful to repierce it and get infected. my friend pierced it by herself, and it got all nasty and now she still has it in but it looks weird. you can tell its messed up somehow. and a tongue piercing would be hard to hide from your parents

Things that make you wrinkle fast:
Too much sun
Smoking
Being thin (nothing you can about that unless you are TOO thin on purpose)
Genetics
Being pale and not taking precautions
One of my grandmothers loved the sun, smoked like a chimney, and was always a thin woman. She had a face like a road map by the time she was in her 40s.
Use sunblock everyday. Wear sunglasses that have UVA and UVB protection. Don%26#039;t smoke.
No matter what I weigh, I have a full face. I have good genes on my side (minus the above grandma). I live in sunglasses. I%26#039;ve never smoked. And I am always assumed to be much younger than I am - twice being mistaken for a high school student within a month of my 30th birthday, so I believe that all that works.
Reply:This it the best cream to use.
go in to Mary Kay web and search on for skin care and anti aging, and i promise you will find a good working cream.
It really works with in weeks, off-course if you use it like you supposed too.

Getting my lip pierced?
hey everyone... so here is the deal i will be turning 20 in 2 weeks YAY! and i want so bad to get my lip pierced but i have no idea where a piercing shop is... (im from kansas) and i want to kno how much will it cost ? I wanted to do it myself, but i don%26#039;t want to risk it ya no ? well any info would be nice ill get back to ya soon ... thank you
frankie.
Getting my lip pierced?
cost varies where i live (australia)
it can cost frm $30 to $65, some places even charge more
you can buy a piercing kit off ebay and do it yourself if your confident.
if you know what your doing you shouldn%26#039;t go wrong, ive done a few piercings myself and they%26#039;ve all been fine.
google piercing shops in kansas, some should come up
avoid places like hairdressers that do body piercing, there usually pretty dodgy.
just go to a specialised piercing/tattoo place
good luck!

New face wash?
Im using proactive but im going to start using sensiclear. I was wondering when using a new acne face wash should you wait a couple of days in case you break out more?
New face wash?
just start the damn thing
New face wash?
Yes wait a fewwww....i tell you
Reply:you dont need facewash... just dont dry your face off with the same towel you dry your butt and you%26#039;ll be A-ok !
Reply:Is Proactive working for you??? If so don%26#039;t change it might make you break out alot. If it isn%26#039;t then go ahead and start using Sensiclear.
Hope I helped ^_^
Reply:You can always do a patch test, on your neck where your hair will hide it or something, to check to see if you are allergic to it before applying it all over your face.
If no rash appears and there is no other sort of reaction within 24 hours of applying it, you should be fine. However, just to be safe, I would use it at night. That way, if you do have a reaction to it, at least you%26#039;ll be at home.

Reply:You could get one there but it wouldn%26#039;t last / be there for very long. That would be very similar to getting tattooed on the palm of your hand. My husband has been a professional tattoo artist for 21 years this year. I know of one tattoo that he did on a guys palm, of course he discussed with the guy the fact that it wouldn%26#039;t stay and the guy still wanted it, But he has had to re-work that tattoo atleast 6 times now and the tattoo was done about 2 or 3 years ago. I hope this helps. Good Luck !
Reply:I had a friend who got a squashed bug tattooed on the bottom of her foot and not only could she not walk on it for several days, it faded so much that it was undecipherable in less than 3 months.

Maybe you have Hyperhidrosis? I know about this because I suffer from it. You don%26#039;t need to go to the doctors. If you do have this condition, there%26#039;s no cure for it other than surgery.

Getting another ear piercing?
i%26#039;m 13 in 2-3 weeks and i got my ears pierced when i was 9 years old. i am getting one of my earlobes pierced again this week so i have two ear piercings on one ear. do you think it would hurt and would it hurt any more than getting the usual spot of your lobe pierced? i don%26#039;t really remember how painful it was getting my ears pierced so i%26#039;m not really sure.
Getting another ear piercing?
dont do it
Getting another ear piercing?
i got mine done at 16 and then my doubles at 17 and i didnt even feel the doubles, and i was taking them out within weeks. they dont hurt at all.
but if you%26#039;re gonna get one done, get them both
Reply:Doesnt hurt but dont do it... stay with the reg.. double peircing was out of style like 8 years ago .. unless you wanna be some gay emo kid.
Reply:I have two piercings, both in the lobe area. I got the first one done (in the normal place) when I was a baby, so I don%26#039;t know how much it hurt. The second, slightly above the first, didn%26#039;t really hurt at all. I really didn%26#039;t feel it. It probably helped that I had my friends around distracting me.
Reply:Nah, it doesnt hurt that much. It is a bit of a shock thats about all. It might be a little sensitive to sleep on though, but this will fade after a few days- maybe -5 to 7.
Reply:i have tons of piercings. ive gotten my ear lobes pierced 4 times and my cartilage pierced twice. and many body piercings such as the bellybutton, nose, wrist, and nape. and i think that the earlobe hurts the least if not at all. so dont be scared. itll just be a small ant bite.
Reply:idk y u would want only one side pierced unless u mean cartilage. getting it doubled pierced hurt way less than single pierced for me. but cartilage hurts the worst. its very painful. just make sre to take care of them so they dont blend into 1 hole. thats what happened to a friend of mine. but if u turn them and apply solution u should be fine.
Reply:it don%26#039;t hurt just like a 2 sec pinch i say if you want it do it and if at the sec the lady sticks it on your ear then just close your eyes it will be OK...
Reply:I never understood it. Why put holes and marks on your body that %26#039;God%26#039; didn%26#039;t provide for you? What ever You believe in, no matter what religeon, why do that to yourself? You can cause yourself cancer from the ink, not to even talk about the pain of the needle sticking into you. I just don%26#039;t get it. Ron
Reply:hey i got my second set on my ear when i was nine,
it hurts about the same which is like nothing,
it doesn%26#039;t get more infected than the lower one,
so go for it,
its really fine :)
dont get the upper cartlidge though.
that just gets infected over and over again and it never heals.

it doesn%26#039;t hurt, it depends if they use a needle or a gun,
all you%26#039;ll feel is a pinch, depending on your level tolerance
i got my 2nd holes pierced when i was in 7th grade, %26amp; i did my own 3rd holes in 8th grade, which is soo dumb! but it turned out fine, but don%26#039;t think about doing it, but it%26#039;s painless!
i got my my inner conch pierced 2 weeks ago, %26amp; i have my tragus pierced. if those didn%26#039;t hurt, then your ear lobes definantly shouldn%26#039;t hurt that much!
Reply:i think it would hurt more and you%26#039;re older so you can actually feel the pain more and if i were you, don%26#039;t do it, if you have so many piercing you can hardly find a job in the future even if you are educated, and as a teenager, the people around you will think negatively about you because of the extra piercing.

oh, also if it is done with a gun, then it is extremeley easy, and definetly not painful..
Reply:I have mine done 3 times on each ear - it wa no more painful for me, but the further you go up the ear to the gristle...then it will get painful..
you will be ok for the first 3

i don%26#039;t even think ear piercings are painful, but then again i didnt think any of my other piercings were painful either.
get them to put numbing cream on it before they pierce it if you%26#039;re that worried about it.
Reply:It%26#039;s the same pain, and so are the thirds and the fourths. It hurts a bit more when you pierce cartilage, but the rest of the ear is the same pain. The tragus is the most painful part of the ear to poke a hole through. Don%26#039;t get just one side pierced on a second, that just looks silly.

Tattoo Ideas?
I was wondering where I could get free tattoo designs off the internet? I would love something really meaningful and classy, if you see what I mean. I want it on my foot, so if u know any website that will have this for me, please let me know.
Thank you
Tattoo Ideas?
Why don%26#039;t you just google %26quot;tattoo%26quot; and whichever type of design you%26#039;re interested in. Say you like Celtic designs, Google %26quot;Celtic tattoos%26quot; same for dragons, chinese,....
Good luck
Tattoo Ideas?
i think you shouldnt get one off the internet, just go to the artist, tell him what you like and he will design one, unique to you
Reply:www.deviantart.com
find the tattoo designs. just remember to ask the artist first if you can use it.
The beauty of deivantart is that it%26#039;s all 100% origional.

NYHC is New York Hardcore: A lifelong love of mine. What font is best for an ankle tattoo of %26quot;NYHC%26quot;? I was thinking old english in the style of the New York Times newspaper font writing.

Honestly, I think it%26#039;s a horrible idea. I mean imagine how bad it would be if you saw your dad with an ankle tat of %26quot;Disco Forever%26quot;. I highly doubt that in 10 or even 5 years you will have the same taste in music. BUT if youre that into it, and you really think you won%26#039;t regret it, i think it%26#039;s a cool idea but olde english is a little over done in tattoos and you%26#039;ll look like a gang member. You should look through the font types in microsoft word and see in which writing style it would look best.

Honestly, I think it%26#039;s a horrible idea. I mean imagine how bad it would be if you saw your dad with an ankle tat of %26quot;Disco Forever%26quot;. Hair removal for sensitive skin?
Sometimes when I shave my legs with a regular razor %26amp; shaving cream, I get these breakouts of little red bumps on my legs that sometimes itch. I have tried shaving with Veet, but that also made me break out.
Is there any hair removal product that won%26#039;t harm my skin?
Thanks!
Hair removal for sensitive skin?

录 of a cup of water
录 of a cup of lemon juice
Directions:
Mix these ingredients and heat them either in a microwave or on a stove.it will turn like a light brown colour and it will have like a thick consistency. leave it for a few minutes too cool.
to apply the paste:
make sure legs are dry.test the temperature, it should not be too hot or too cold.take a ice cream stick or anything and apply the paste in the direction of the hair growth. place a strip of cotton or u can rip an old t-shirt but make sure its fabric is thin, not so thick but not so thin until it will tear when u rip the hair of. and like waxing tear off in the opposite direction of the hair growth. oh and remember to moisturize after doing so or skin will be dry.

Does anybody get conned into paying a fortune for those anti-wrinkle creams?
I guess they do as they wouldn%26#039;t continue selling them if they didn%26#039;t - what a swizzle eh? I think once you start using things like that your skin dries if you don%26#039;t, its a case of once you start you can%26#039;t stop. I%26#039;ve never used any skin product in my life, just wash daily and put high factor sun cream on in the summer, my skin is fine, looks loads healthier than that of people who spend a fortune on %26#039;beauty products%26#039;....

WOW YOUR SO AMAZING.
Does anybody get conned into paying a fortune for those anti-wrinkle creams?
I once watched a daytime TV programme featuring a Professor of Dermatology who said any moisturiser is enough, even Vaseline with the excess tissued off. It%26#039;s personal choice but I guess the women that can afford expensive anti-wrinkle/ageing creams are those who can afford to spend more on skincare/maintenance generally. Great photo. Is the Shar Pei yours?
Reply:It%26#039;s generally women that get conned. Many do buy them and countless other so called skincare/maintenance products despite the fact we are constantly learning that many of them fail to do what is claimed, that they have toxic skin harming and skin aging and even health harming ingredients..This could be one reason why men seem to age more gracefully because they have not harmed and aged skin through using them.

Is anyone willing to help me design my first tattoo?
I%26#039;m getting my first tattoo in a few months. I%26#039;ve been thinking carefully about this for a while now, and I%26#039;m completely certain what I want to get. I want a swallow [NOT a sparrow. most people think its a sparrow, but it has a forked tail, sparrows don%26#039;t have forked tails. unless I%26#039;m mistaken] with some kind of swirly-ish design behind it [a thin, small design, nothing big] And underneath the swallow, if possible almost outlining the bottom of it, the words %26quot;Live and let live%26quot; in a cursive, black, elegant font. I%26#039;m not sure what color I%26#039;d like the swallow, probably a light blue or green. If anyone could help me out, I%26#039;d very much apreciate it.
Thank you :]
Is anyone willing to help me design my first tattoo?
I%26#039;d stay away from slogans... you might feel differently later in life. Find a tattoo artist that not only knows what they%26#039;re doing but is a great artist as well and knows how to design a tattoo properly. It%26#039;s not something you want to do yourself if you have no knowledge of tattooing. You%26#039;re best off getting one from someone that%26#039;s fairly well known in the tattoo world. In many states anyone can go open up a tattoo shop and in some states such as the one I%26#039;m in there%26#039;s no regulation whatsoever on them, and many of the people doing them are a public health hazard. So be careful.
Is anyone willing to help me design my first tattoo?
Your tattoo artist will help you with this - that%26#039;s part of their job. Go in with the artwork you have, explain what your thoughts are and when you%26#039;ve come to a decision, they%26#039;ll do the final artwork for you. It%26#039;s all part of getting a tattoo!
Good luck.
Reply:I wish you would have stated where you lived. Either way, just find the best parlor in your area, and go in and talk. Almost every artist has his/her specialty, so just go in, be strait up with them, and stick to your guns. I have seen so many people get talked into changing something (most of the time the artist is prob right) or even seen people talked out of the particular tattoo they wanted. Dont be afraid to leave one parlor and check prices, cleanliness, atmosphere, ask to see some of the work they have done that might be similar. This will be on you for a long time, make it count

comeon........someone think of a plan real quick
I am going to a pool party this morning...short of sawing off a leg, how do Iose 20 lb. by sunup?
sunup its not a word and the only way is with lipo. and youll still have bandages. you should have thought of this before eating all that junk food and cake and ice cream and steak and then laying on your couch and watching tv.

take laxitives
and go to the toilet alot.
but you aren%26#039;t going to lose alot of weight :p
Reply:It actually helps you look thinner and look like you have more muscle if you do a few sit-ups and push-ups a few minutes before you go. I do this before I go to the beach. Other than that, just chill and if you get hngry eat an apple.
Reply:sunup is a word
and i%26#039;m sorry but it%26#039;s just not doable (that%26#039;s a word too), even if you took laxatives like suggested you wouldn%26#039;t lose any body fat, so you wouldn%26#039;t look any different.
maybe you should take a bath, do your nails, pamper yourself so that you feel you best at whatever weight you are.

You can%26#039;t do it. The best thing you can hope for is loss of fluid retention, book yourself into one of those spas that do that massage thing and apparently you can loose two kilos in fluid build-up and it will get rid of cellulite. Another type of spa method is a seaweed wrap, same results. Look in mags for a spa, I don%26#039;t know any offhand... but good luck booking at such late notice.

That%26#039;s impossible.

How do i get rid of unwanted hair?
i ave the smallest amountof hair on my upper lip. but when i put foudation on you can see it more clearly. how do i get id of it or make it un-noticeble. does waxing make it grow back thicker xx
How do i get rid of unwanted hair?
waxing does not make in thicker.
and maybe try bleaching. you can buy sepecial bleach from a chemist.
How do i get rid of unwanted hair?
waxing wouldnt make it thicker but shaving it would. the reason why it wouldnt make it thicker is because it removes it from the roots instead of cutting it like shaving would. my friend bleached her moustache and eew... i dont like it. just wax it. the first couple times its going to hurt. but the more you do it the less itll hurt. goodluck.
Reply:Waxing is probably the cheapest and most effective way of removing the hair and will not make it grow back thicker.
Reply:%26quot;does waxing make it grow back thicker %26quot; urban myth !!!!!
Waxing your hair is not going to double the number of roots or indeed thinken the roots you have.
Waxing is your best bet.
Reply:In my opinion, bleaching isn%26#039;t very pretty because it makes a girl look like she has whiskers or something. I suggest you have it waxed. I have mine waxed but it%26#039;s not any thicker than before I started a few years ago.
Reply:waxin is good but try the laser its permenent! iv bought 1 an its easy 2 use%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;peace
Reply:probably waxing would be best but if you go to a beautician they could recommend something.
Reply:you can shave it which is the most simplest, wax it which i would imagine would be a little painfull,or you could have electrolasis.
Reply:Hi.
Waxing is a really good way of getting rid of the hair. It wont grow back thicker, and may even appear finer. The other options are removal creams like Veet, or for more permanent results, electrolysis. If you have never waxed before, I would go to a salon and get it done professionally, and get it done a day or two before any important dates or going out as the skin around the area you have waxed gets quite red for a while afterwards. Dont shave your face Shaving is for men!! Good luck
Reply:I suggest you use veet its a cream that gets rid of unwanted hair fom any part of the body.
Reply:maria, u know what? be proud of how u are, u are beautiful do u know that? they cant grow just live them.
Reply:I Had The Same Problem And Although No One Ever Commented It I Understand It Can Make You Self Consious (Well, It Did To Me) And Then I Got It Wax. I Was So Pleased With The Result, For The First Few Times You Have To Go Back Every 2-3 Weeks. But The More You Have It Done The Weaker The Hair Becomes And The Less It Grows Meaning The Less You Have It Waxed.
You Should Have It Done It Will Help Tons.
Hope I Helped (:
Oh And NEVER EVER Shave It. Because The Area Is On Your Face The Skin There Is Sensitive, And If You Shave It It Will Tare Your Skin And Grow Back Thicker And Become Stubble Like A Man. My Friend Sadly Shaves Hers And Now It Does Look Worse And She Has To Shave It Daily.
Please Don%26#039;t Shave x
Reply:waxing hurts, but it lasts a long time and you get a really nice result, it doesnt get thicker
Reply:waxing costs 2 dollars
Reply:hair removal cream!
Reply:no waxing makes it grow back thinner and it might even stop the growth.

Wrist Tattoos.?
Okay,So I want a tattoo for my 18 birthday.
And I want it on my wrist.
How bad does it hurt?
What does it feel like?
Wrist Tattoos.?
dosent hurt too bad, feels like a hot scraping sensation.
Wrist Tattoos.?
Depends on your pain tolerance. I think wrist tattoos are very trashy, besides that if you cant handle the pain you will end up - like a friend of mine, with permanent lines on you. She has three lines on her behind! I would say it is a good idea to get your first one in a more discreet place in case the pain is too much for you. There is a fine line between pleasure and pain and you might enjoy the pain, but I say start out with a little %26#039;test tat%26#039;.
Reply:my wrist tattoo%26#039;s weren%26#039;t sore at all, its just like scratching yourself, just make sure its a design your gonna like in years to come as its in a place that your going to see it all the time and so are other people.
good luck
Reply:I%26#039;m going to tell you just like my tattoo artist told me, don%26#039;t believe any of the myths you heard about tattoo pains. There are different pains for different people. I have a tattoo of my name on my wrist, and it didn%26#039;t hurt to me, but like I said there are different pains for different people.
Reply:i have a tattoo that%26#039;s a few inches up from my wrist (placed as such because my wrists are really thin and i work with my hands and it would have been a problem with healing).
as far as what it feels like and the amount of pain, that will vary from person to person. it depends upon your pain tolerance level, general body/physiological makeup, the artist giving the tattoo, the amount of work you%26#039;re getting done, etc. for every person that answers this question you%26#039;re sure to hear of a completely different experience.
me personally, this tattoo was not terribly painful (of the ones that i have only one was really painful to tell the truth). there were points near veins that were less pleasant than others, but nothing too notable. i%26#039;ve found that it helps to take a friend to the shop with you. not so much as a person to %26quot;hold your hand%26quot; through the process, but i%26#039;ve found that i tend to be able to relax more when i have someone to talk to.

Fake tan...?
Ambre Solaire body mist is great.
it leaves no streaks and is really light...
its fair cheap too.
Reply:Crow%26#039;s feet, sunburn and peeling shoulders do not a good look make, so go for the fake bake this summer. But first, the five golden rules of self-tanning. Repeat after us:
1) Exfoliate. And exfoliate again. Use a loofah, a body brush or an exfoliating scrub and work it girlfriend.
2) Moisturise.
3) Hairline, ankles and elbows give the game away so apply sparingly but thoroughly.
4) Wash your hands. (Orange palms = not nice).
5) Easy does it. Think sun-kissed Cameron Diaz, not Tangoed Jodie Marsh.
